8-city North America tour, Strategy x Google, October 2026
An 8-city North America roadshow co-hosted by Strategy and Google, built to generate net-new pipeline with senior data and AI leaders. The challenge was visual as much as strategic: Google hosts the registration pages and the physical event spaces, so the campaign had to carry Strategy's brand identity while sitting comfortably inside Google's. I owned the full visual concept and the production system that scaled it across all 8 cities.
The Brief
Find common ground between two brand systems that don't naturally sit together, reference Google without imitating it, work Strategy's Mosaic pattern into the concept, and represent each host city in a way that felt local rather than templated. Then build it out across 8 cities with a full digital ad matrix for each.
Finding the Concept
I went through multiple rounds of exploration before landing on the idea: a recognizable landmark from each city, rendered as if built from mosaic tiles, wrapped in a glowing digital data stream, set against a blue-toned background that nods to Google's palette without copying it. The mosaic texture ties back to Strategy's own Mosaic product line, the data ribbon represents the "Universal Semantic Layer" the event series is about, and the blue grounding keeps the whole system feeling like a genuine partnership rather than a Strategy campaign with a Google logo bolted on.
Scaling to 8 Cities
Once the concept was locked, I took it to production across New York, Boston, Washington DC, Sunnyvale, Dallas, Atlanta, Austin, and Chicago, each with its own landmark: the Statue of Liberty, Trinity Church, the Washington Monument, the Golden Gate Bridge, Reunion Tower, the Bank of America Plaza, the Texas State Capitol, and Cloud Gate. For every city I produced PMAX and 6sense ad sets across 10 sizes, an email header, a website banner, and social posts across 4 formats promoting both the event and its speakers.
AI in this project
Every landmark image in this campaign is AI-generated, built and refined through iteration to get the mosaic-tile texture and digital-ribbon effect consistent across 8 completely different structures and skylines. AI made it possible to hold one cohesive visual system across that many distinct landmarks without it reading as 8 separate campaigns stitched together.
Outcome
A single, scalable visual system that flexed across 8 cities and a full digital ad matrix per city, 128 assets in total, live across paid and email channels for Strategy's largest co-branded event series with Google to date.
